My name is Vincent Lievre, a French photographer based in Paris area.
Photography has always accompanied me on my travels. But since August 2016, and my discovery of Japan, it has taken a much more important part in my life.
That year, my eyes changed. Faced with this magnificent country so different, I began to want to capture moments, personal and unique visions, more than clichés of memories. From there was born my love for photography.
What drives me the most is capturing a vision during a trip, whether in town or in nature, a scene of life or an imposing building, to share the wonder that I could feel . Fascinated by the cinema, I work a lot on the composition of my images in an aesthetic much inspired by the filmmaker Wes Anderson.
But, always wanting to learn and explore new horizons, portraits bring me other experiences: working as a team, thinking about shooting places, outfits, theme, interacting with the model.

Je m’appelle Vincent Lievre, photographe Français basé en région Parisienne.
La photographie m’a toujours accompagné lors de mes voyages. Mais depuis août 2016, et ma découverte du Japon, elle a pris une part bien plus importante dans ma vie.
Cette année là, mon regard à changé. Face à ce magnifique pays si différent, je me suis mis à vouloir capturer des moments, des visions personnelles et uniques, plus que des clichés de souvenirs. De là est né mon amour pour la photographie.
Ce qui m’anime le plus, c’est capter une vision lors d’un voyage, que ce soit en ville ou dans la nature, une scène de vie ou un bâtiment imposant, pour partager l’émerveillement que j’ai pu ressentir. Fasciné par le cinéma, je travaille beaucoup la composition de mes images dans une esthétique beaucoup inspirée du réalisateur Wes Anderson.
Mais, ayant toujours envie d’apprendre et d’explorer de nouveaux horizons, les portraits m’apportent d’autres expériences : travailler en équipe, réfléchir à des lieux de shooting, des tenues, du thème, échanger avec le modele.
